I have a Cisco 3825 ISR running the C3825-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M software, version 15.1(4)M10. I'm missing the crypto ikev2 command:
router(config)#crypto ?
call Configure Crypto Call Admission Control
ctcp Configure cTCP encapsulation
dynamic-map Specify a dynamic crypto map template
engine Enter a crypto engine configurable menu
gdoi Configure GDOI policy
identity Enter a crypto identity list
ipsec Configure IPSEC policy
isakmp Configure ISAKMP policy
key Long term key operations
keyring Key ring commands
logging logging messages
map Enter a crypto map
mib Configure Crypto-related MIB parameters
pki Public Key components
provisioning Secure Device Provisioning
wui Crypto HTTP configuration interfaces
xauth X-Auth parameters
So I figured I'm missing a technology package or license level. To verify, I was going to try to add an evaluation license, but it seems the license boot command is missing too:
router(config)#license ?
accept Accept all further License Agreements
agent Configure LIC_AGENT
call-home license call-home config commands
What is it that I'm doing wrong? Am I using the wrong system image? Thanks in advance.

You are not missing a package or image, you are missing a newer router. The ISR G1 routers (1800, 2800, 3800) don't support IKEv2. ISR G2 (1900, 2900, 3900) do support it.

Thanks Karsten. I can't imagine why that would be the case, since the hardware could surely support it. But alas, Cisco. I appreciate the response!
