MS-130 switch - WAN positioning

Hello folks,

I have a case where we have two MS-130 will be facing two ISP connections directly, and the these switches will be connected to L3 devices (non-meraki).

How can I manage these switches assuming that the providers will provide /30 for each WAN connection?.

No as long as the LAN you put them on has WAN access.

Appreciate you said non-Meraki firewalls, but the theory is still the same. You would just need to ensure there is a separate vlan interface that is giving the switches internet access on the LAN side so you can manage them via dashboard.

Thanks a lot. Does it mean that we need a dedicated port for WAN and another one for LAN/management?
