MTU issue with MPLS

Hi

For MPLS , we require minimum 1512 mtu size  & the same is support on Gig Port

My query is: If I set speed 100 in Gig Port in our exit interface, Will it be any performace issue/service degradation can happen

The port will only be able to send/receive at 100 Mbps. What are you trying to accomplish? It would not affect the MTU.
