I hope someone can comment if they ever managed to get a Cisco ASA to work in an environment where it was using PIM sparse-mode, network adress translation (NAT) with two-way multicast streams (inside to outside and outside to inside)? Both the source and the receivers would be a couple of hops away from ASA and they'd also be running sparse mode. If you've managed to do this, please kindly provide me with some details of how you configured it.
