I would like to know does Ciso catalyst 3750-x supports multigigabit ethernet (2,5 and 5 Gbps)?

No, it does not. 

3750X only supports 10/100/1000BaseTx and 100-, 1- & 10 Gbps optical module.

3750-X  do not have that option in standard port- you have normal port and uplink ports

from Cat 9300 UXM you see mGIG port.
