Multilink MLP

I am planning to configure Multilink MLP and started to read some related materials. I found out there are some options to configure Multilink MLP. But I am confusing which type should I choose. I am going to use 3 Gig interfaces as a bundle, so which type should I choose? 

 Types: 

MLP links for serial

Multilink PPP over ATM (MLPoA)

Multilink PPP over Ethernet (MLPoE)

Multilink PPP over Ethernet over ATM (MLPoEoA)

Multilink PPP over LNS (MLPoLNS)

For what kind of equipment (on both ends)?

MLPPP often doesn't scale to Ethernet speeds. On L3 switches, Etherchannel might be used instead.

On a L3 switch, or a router, L3 ECMP is often an alternative too.
