Multiple Computers cannot access network resource at the same time

I could use some help here. We have been having issues for the past year or so and I ahve just about pulled my hair out trying to figure this one out. I have a 192.168.0.1 network that has all my domain users and pcs - works fine no issues. I also have a 192.168.1.1 network that is connected to the first network with a cisco RVS4000 (which has a WAN IP of 192.168.0.185) These pcs are not on the domain and are configured here before shipped to customers so there is no need. The problem is that when installing software on one of the pcs on the 1.1 network, if I try to access a network server (internet works fine) I lose my connection to the server on the original pc and the installation becomes corrupt. As it is now we have to install one pc at a time and it is extremly frustrating and unproductive. I have also noticed a large slowdown on the 1.1 networks accessing data from the 0.1 network although all machines and network equipment report as being connected at 1GB. Any information here would be helpful. I pretty much have this narrowed down to this cisco RVS4000 as if I take that out of the loop and set the pcs to a 0.X ip address everything works fine.

Hi,

if I try to access a network server (internet works fine) I lose my connection to the server on the original pc and the installation becomes corrupt.

so from 1.0 you access server( which IP?, unicast or multicast or broadcast?,what type of service?) and then the connection from a machine in 0.0 is lost,

is that correct? The installation becomes corrupt ---> can you explain more.

Regards.

Alain.
