my SUP7-E has problem with diagnostic level change

hello

i got a SUP7-E on yesterday and i have to change diagnostic level minimum to complete.

so i changed license level Lanbase to Entservices (this sup's boot image is cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.08.07.E.152-4.E7.bin)

after reload, license level is changed with Entservices and can config diagnostic level but change diagnostic level minimum to complete and reload, license level goes down to Lanbase and diagnostic level goes down to minimum.

i tried almost 5 times but it doesn't works.

Is this my configuration problem or license problem? 

when i change diagnostic level and reload, these logs came out.

Today I saw this log from Cisco 4500x-16 and I don't know why my core switch was reset
Plz help me what's happend
