N7K EIGRP load balancing between to data centers

I have two data centers with 2 N7K per DC.  There is a vPC peer link between the two units in the same DC.  N7K A at data center A connects to N7K A at data center B & N7K B at data center A connects to N7K B at data center B over a 2 WAN links.  Can I load balance over equal cost links with EIGRP or will the vPC peer links be seen as a hop and thus there will not be equal cost links?

I am still in the planning stage and it looks like OTV is not an option.

The topology looks like a square.

The vPC peer-link is L2, and it should not consider a L3 hop. For vPC VLANs/devices between both DC, yes, EIGRP can be used to load shared traffic (assuming you are doing L3 between DC since you are running EIGRP). If you have one-arm servers (or active/standby NIC), no, traffic will not be load shared.
