is this switch operational and live ?

Try turn off the device and turn on again, and post complete boot logs.

It was log about mis-link. (wrong cable to mgmt port)

It is now somewhat humorous to me as I once did the same in my office work and all the members in the office were confused that what is wrong with it, lol... but the office cleaning guy got the real solution.
