I am trying to configure NAT in a private networks with similar IP when I ping to the local global I get
Reply from 192.168.20.1: Destination host unreachable.
I have configured everything even routing as the two pc's can ping each other

Hello,
You have the same 192.168.20.0/24 network on each router. Your contiguous network is separated and will give you unexpected results. You need to configure a different subnet between PC1/R2 and PC2/R3.
Once you do that you will need to possibly reconfigure NAT for the subnet you configured.
