Hi,
I am getting logs on Access switch 3560 CDP native VLAN mismatch, i've validated the configuration on both switch but still we are getting the error.

It looks like 6509 switch still believe vlan 1 is the native vlan. Please check "show interfaces g1/3/13 switchport" & "show interfaces g2/3/13 switchport" confirms trunking native vlan is 230.
Post that output if you could

I think if i disable the switchport on 6509 it will resolve the problem.

Hi Varun,
Are you seeing this logs after any recent configuration change? What IOS version you are running on both devices? Could you please try removing the interfaces from the bundle and try reapplying the channel-group command back on the interface and verify if you see any improvement?
