NDFC compatibility issue when adding N5k Switch

Hello,

I am trying to add my N5K-C5548P with software version n5000-uk9.7.3.9.N1.1 but I am getting the error (see the attached photo)

while as per the below link, this chassis is supported and with the recommended software as well.

Cisco Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller Compatibility Matrix, Release 12.1.2e - Cisco

NDFC release 12.1.3

NDFC Fabric Type: Classic LAN

NDFC Fabric Technology: Enhanced Classic LAN

can anybody support?

Thanks, sorry, I wrote it wrong, the software of Nexus 5k is 7.3(13)N1(1)

actually, i could add the switch once i made a new fabric (Classic LAN) instead of (Enhanced Classic LAN)

the log i found is the below:
2024 Jun 5 12:27:29 XXXX-NDFC-POC-B %DAEMON-2-SYSTEM_MSG: fatal: Write failed: Broken pipe .Client is 172.16.1.xx,length of packet causing error 392 392 - dcos_sshd[5694]


172.16.1.xx is the NDFC IP address

   - The error only means that DCNM (indeed) aborted adding the nexus device , the issues are highly cisco internal so to speak and therefore advising to engage  TAC  on this issue ,
