hi everyone, i need one help about SFP module compatibility.
i have using 3850(WS3850-12XS-S) series switch with 10G(SFP-10G-sx=) module and opposite end 2960x switch with 1G(GLC-1G-SX) module.
let me know it will support or not. please help me anyone.

You cannot have mixed speeds on both ends of your connections. In your case, the 3850 with 10G SFP will not link up with the 2960x with a 1G SFP. Check out this URL for the 3850 Network Module information:

Scroll down to Network Module Port Configurations and it will list what modules support what speeds. It looks like the 10G modules will support 1G speeds, you would just need to buy a 1G SFP for the 3850.
