Hi, I'm new to Cisco Packet Tracer and trying to do an assignment where I ping www.branchtf.com from Laptop0 but it keeps saying request timed out.
My next problem is I setup email on a PC and a laptop and need to send an email from the laptop to the PC but that is also timing out.
I just cannot for the life of me figure out what I have connected or setup improperly. Any help would be much appreciated and sorry if I sound dumb, first time using it. Let me know if more information is needed.

Wireless router in PacketTracer is a bit buggy and tricky. But, basically you need to setup the EMAIL clients properly.
For PC
For Laptop

Would you know how I would be able to find the Serial No.- Configuration - Boot up Sequence - Test Logs on the BranchSrv, BranchPr and Router without CLI - Would I use the command prompt?

Sorry, dont get it. What do you need from router and from server?

I need to find the Serial Number, Firmware version, Configuration settings, boot up sequence and test logs for these devices.
For the BranchR - Router I was able to access the CLI tab and do the command "show version" which showed all the details necessary but I am unable to do this for the other devices as they don't have a CLI tab.

Router and switch you should be using the show version. For server I dont believe they have those information on it.
For the wireless router I can see the firmware but not the other information
