Need help to configure Cisco small lab

I'm beginner in Cisco and need solve these lab

- I need to configure Cisco layer 3 switch as a core switch and multiple access switches 

- Configure inter-vlan in Core switch 

- need any vlan to ping anther vlan

- need any client to ping fortigate firewall and Internet

Basic config for core switch, assuming your fortigate fw will be performing Network Translation
