can you please be a bit more specific what you want to know or understand about these technologies ?
in brief
UCS:
- Stand for Unified commuting system
- there are two types of UCS systems A) Rack mounted Server called UCS C series and B) Blade chassis called B series
- the B series has two type of blade server full width and half width
- UCS is the hardware infrastructure used for server vitalization Datacenters with VMware for example
- it is very scalable, high density momory and more a lot features

Nexus:
- Nexus is the Cisco Next generation Data center Switches platforms it has very high forwarding speed
- high density of 10G ports
- support of FCoE
- there is a version of Nexus switches called nexus 1000v which is a software virtual switch can be used with UC environment and VMware
