Need Help with firmware upgrade

I recently purchased a Catalyst 3850 and have been trying to upgrade to a newer firmware.
I run the
#install add file flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.09.SPA.bin activate commit
everything up to commit finish and passes and then I am met with the following error.

Try #install add file bootflash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.09.SPA.bin activate commit

I don't know. But the error message, if anyone actually bothered to read, is very glaring.
Post the complete output to the command "dir flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.09.SPA.bin".
