Need to upgrade IOS on WS-C4506-E from ipbase-mz.122-46 to entservicesk9-mz.150-2

Right now  WS-C4506-E is having current as IOS cat4500e-ipbase-mz.122-46.SG.bin.

I just need to know if there are any challenges in upgrade the IOS of modular switch from 12.x ipbase to 15.x entservicesk9.

If there are any challenges, then any possible suggestion to over come it?

I'd recommend you test the new IOS you are about to go and read the Release Notes.
