Dears,
kindly need your support to handle my case urgently and i candidate to 300-101 exam on 15/3/2016 at 5:55 pm at hero tech center on nasr city cairo egypt and neither  command copy running-configuration startup-configuration  nor ( copy running-config startup-config ) did not work correctly and this issue harm me very much so please feed me back about that issue urgently and due this issue my score become 744 and please help me on my case

Just to let you know you are NOT required to save your config once you have completed the SIM. There was a thread about this some time ago:
