Hello,
I am trying to get Netflow running on our Nexus7010s - everything works on a very basic vlan, but on a vlan which uses DHCP relay, I get the messages:
Verify failed - Client 0x80000146, Reason: Tcam Allocation Failure, : DHCP, Netflow Sampler (SVI), Interface: Vlanxxx Slot: 1
Verify failed - Client 0x81000146, Reason: Tcam Allocation Failure, : DHCP, Netflow Sampler (SVI), Interface: Vlanxxx Slot: 2
My understanding from looking here and elsewhere is that I would need to enable bank-mapping to get DHCP and Netflow Sampler to play together happily:
hardware access-list resource feature bank-mapping
I have two questions - (1) will this achieve what I need? and (2) is the "bank-mapping" command service impacting in any way? The 7010s are a resilient pair, but I do need to know (and warn) of any possible service blip. We do run a lot of ACLs.
Modules present are F2E and F3:
Mod Ports Module-Type Model Status
--- ----- ----------------------------------- ------------------ ----------
1 48 1/10 Gbps Ethernet Module N7K-F248XP-25E ok
2 12 10/40 Gbps Ethernet Module N7K-F312FQ-25 ok
5 0 Supervisor Module-2 N7K-SUP2E active *
Thanks,
Mark

Thankyou for that. An interesting bug report, although it doesn't actually explain what combinations are supported by enabling bank-mapping. It looks like it'll be a try-it-and-see...
