Netflow on Nexus 9300

Hi.. I want to enable netflow on nexus 9396 switches but I have come to know that netflow support on N7K but not on N9K. It is true. Please confirm.

How could I setup this. pls help.

Hi,

The 9k series switches don't support Netflow.  Have a look at this link for more info:

Hi All,

I would like to hijack this topic, to ask my question.

The new range of nexus 9K products such as the Nexus 93180YC-EX and 92160YC-X claim to have Netflow support. But I can't find any configuration commands for this in the config guides.

Do they support a flow table in hardware, but not jet implemented in software? Or are the config guides not up to date? Or do these switches use other means to export the flow information?

I have the same question:

(config)# feature netflow
% Invalid command at '^' marker.

I also read the 9300-EX series supports NetFlow, but I can't see any way to activate it.

I went through some release notes today because I am also looking for netflow support and ran into the same issue.

Here's what I have found:

Cisco NX-OS Release 7.0(3)I7(1)
NetFlow – Introduced this feature for Cisco Nexus 9300-FX platform Switches.

Cisco NX-OS Release 7.0(3)I7(2)

NetFlow – Added support for Cisco Nexus 9300-EX platform Switches.

We use Nexus 9372PX and Nexus 9332PQ, booth did NOT support Netflow.

since FW 7.0.3.I7.2 we see that there is a feature to enable netflow, but...

Netflow feature is not supported on the platform

May does this will be fixed/supported some times?
