network intermittent

Dear All,

I got the problem when i integrated my VCSE to my network,my network is very slow and i got the connection time out problem to my gateway every 1 minute and 2 minute .When i unplug network of VCSE from my switch my network speed is began normal.

What is the problem.My switch is access switch and i configure one VLAN only.

What does the topology look like?

Possibly spanning-tree issues?
