What is the minimum acceptable distance to place a network rack containing Cisco switches and cabling, from an electrical transformer?

All this would depend on the type of network.
Mosty the electrical tranformers and UPS are located in the basement or in a diffrent rooms in a datacenter.
Device which can be effected by frequncy need to be kept in mind and should be located in diffrent location.
In a simple senerio i would consider keeping the Electrical tranformers out of the rack room. If not atlest 10 Meters of distance.

as far away as physically possible, network cables and power infastructure rarely play nice.
