New C9407R blades will not power on

Good day Folks,

So I am here because I am stuck. Just received a brand new C9400 series switch and my blades will not power on. When I did a show module command, it shows that the modules are recognized but show in a power-deny state. Please help.

Do you have enough power for the system?

Can you post the output of "sh module" and "show power detail"?

I would like to thank you for all your help. After reviewing your comments I went ahead and ordered power cables for the new unit and the unit powered all the way thru. Thank you so much for your help.

So they need 220 volts and not 120 correct??

Correct. The input needs to be 220. 110 will not power it up. And the cable is c19-c20

I am a little confused. I have six power supplies running at the same time. The cord that was sent to me by Cisco themselves was for a 120 volt system. I just spoke to the company where I purchased my APC's and I have enough power to support the equipment, but because the power supplies does not work at full capacity unless it is under 220 volts. Is that correct. I am soo confused.

There shouldn't be any confusion. These PSUs need 220 power input in order to power up the whole chassis. 

These PSUs take c19-c20 power cords. Is that what you are using? Does the back of the power supply look like the picture?

Is your power source 220?

Yes it does but the power cords supplied does not mount directly to my APC. It gets attached to the transformer and the transformer is pushing 140 volts.

When you say "APC" you mean the PSU or you actually have a backup unit using APC product. Anyway, the issue is that the source is no 220.
