New Cisco 9300-uxm won't boot up correctly.

The new cisco 9300-uxm switch get stuck at the below screen when trying to boot up.

Warning: When Cisco determines that a fault or defect can be traced to
the use of third-party transceivers installed by a customer or reseller,
then, at Cisco's discretion, Cisco may withhold support under warranty or
a Cisco support program. In the course of providing support for a Cisco
networking product Cisco may require that the end user install Cisco
transceivers if Cisco determines that removing third-party parts will
assist Cisco in diagnosing the cause of a support issue.

Upoe-plus command is already enabled for switch number:1

If the switch is new then raise a TAC Case and organize for an RMA. 

I suspect the ACT2/I2C has failed and is reporting that the motherboard is "not authentic".

This means the switch is already provisioned for Meraki Cloud management.   If you have a solid blue light, and the system light is amber. The switch is looking for an internet connection via DHCP. I ran into this with two new 9300-uxm's out of the box.
