New EtherChannel "Suspended" Ports

I need to modify my configuration of my VM environment to enable Etherchannel on my 3750G as well as the vSphere hosts in the virtual switching. This is a small installation with only 3 VLAN's. I followed the information for creating the Etherchannel and assigning the interfaces. I want to add 4 interfaces to the etherchannel and protocol lcap. I have already created the LCAP configuration changes on the vSPhere host and set the mode to active. Going through the configuration of the switch, I could only get two of the ports to show connected / Active. The other two were suspended. I even tried setting the ports back to default settings, shutting them, making the configurations as a interface range to ensure the settings were all the exact same. I tried this a few times, it was odd that on one of the last tries, the two ports that were originally showing connected after configuration, were set to suspended and the other two were showing connected. Any advice on getting the ports in etherchannel showing connected for the 4 interfaces? Thanks.

Could you please share the configuration for all the 4 ports. Also please share the below.

sh log

sh int <all 4 interfaces>

Also ensure that you dont have a misconfiguration on the VM host side.

I've attached the configurations requested.

The only abnormality I think I might see is on the sh int po1, "Members in this channel" it doesn't list gi1/0/22 or gi1/0/23, but I'm assuming that's because they're in suspended state???

Steps I did on vcenter and 3750G:

1. On vCenter, created LACP group, 3 ports (end result is to have 3 physical host NIC's in LACP group, need to migrate 2 first, then add the last one after LACP group is primary), Active mode, route based on Source IP.
2. Modify Portgroup INT_LAN, added LCAP01 as standby
3. Adjust host networking: assigned host1 vmnic3 & vmnci 6 / host2 vmnic3 & vmnci6 to LACP group links 2 and 3 (1 left unassigned for final migration of vmnic's 2 from both hosts)
4. Cico switch: terminal mode
5. removed po1, verified no po1 or channel-group
6. configured interface range for gi1/0/18-19,gi1/0/22-23
7. switchport mode
8. switchport mode access
9. switchport access vlan 10
10. channel-group 1 mode active
11. no shut ports

I've tried a number of things and every which way I can't get the other 2 interfaces to no be in suspended mode. With no configuration changes on the vSphere host or vDS, but going in and changing switch interfaces or trying to trunk the ports, sometimes the other 2 will be the P and the ones that were previously working are now suspended. All the interface ports are configured the same as far as I can tell so I don't know what to do next.

I know the reason why:  The allowed VLANs for ports 22 & 23 are not the same as 18 & 19.  Post the interface configuration of all four physical ports.

I think I figured out why. I did make sure that when modifying interfaces 18/19/22/23 I issued a switchport trunk allowed vlan 10 to them. In this case, I have two vSphere hosts and was trying to add each host to the same channel-group. I created a channel-group 1 & 2, added each host's respective NIC's and I got all ports up with no suspended ports.
