First Understand what is your scope of WORK.
Second try to learn everything related to your Scope & meet your defined Key areas.
Third always be in Sync with your Team Members & help them in completing the TASK.
Fourth, Take initiatives which will be appreciated by your Co-workers.
Fourth last but not least, learn everything you can irrespective of Domain.
