Nexus 3172PQ-10GE interface compatibility

Hello

We are looking to replace a legacy 3750G pair with a pair of Nexus 3Ks. We're specifically looking at the N3K-C3172PQ-10GE. Our ToR switches are Dell N2048s and 5548s, which are currently connected to the 3750Gs using 1G copper. Since the 3172 is SFP+ across the board what are our options for connecting to the Dell switches?
