- Note sure what you mean by 'nexus 4k' , tell us your platform details with show version. Anyway what you ask is not possible because any service component is an integrated part of the os the platform uses and can not be changed separately (the device essentially being an appliance). The only thing you can do is use the latest software version for the particular model and check if the problem has been resolved or not. If not contact TAC and ask for solution.
