Nexus 5010 all port lights and fan lights off, fans and power still running

I noticed one of our Nexus 5010s were being very loud but the lights on the fan were off.  I looked on the other side, and all the port lights were dead.  I plugged in to the console port and there was nothing.  I cycled power and still nothing from the console port and no lights.  The 'Stat' light blinks green every now and then.  Any help is appreciated.

Some say it may be pining for the fjords but I'd say it's dead.

Check your Smartnet support contract for being up to date and call the TAC for an RMA.
