Nexus 7000(C7004) extracting Tac-pac problem

Hello,  Everyone!

I have a problem with extracting stored Tac-pac from nexus 7000.

At the first time, I entered command to nexus 7000 like "tac-pac bootflash:" and then checked the boorflash.

It created " show_tech_out_gz" in the bootflash.

Next, I inserted the usb to host usb1 port and entered the command like " copy bootflash://sup-local/show_tech_out_gz usb1"  but show_tech_out_gz didn't copy to usb1.

I don't know how to copy show_tech_out_gz to my own usb.

Any tips that you like to give me?

Hi,

Can you try:

copy bootflash:///show_tech_out.gz usb1:

Also, if you issue "dir" you should be able to see the "show_tech_out.gz" file you created.

Also, make sure the USB is compatible. Not all USBs work with Cisco devices.
