Nexus 9000 SPAN not working

Hi all,

 

We are attempting to create a span session on a Nexus 9000. We have configured the basic SPAN config without filtering etc and the destination interface is not receiving any traffic at all from the source interface to the laptop.

 

The session is up ok and local but just nothing at all.

 

We are getting one error in the internal errors:

1) Event:E_DEBUG, length:66, at 198548 usecs after Wed Feb 28 14:01:08 2018

    [102] eth_span_fill_fpc_if_info(8884): PCM  Not found bidx: 0x0

 

Not sure if this is anything to do with it.

 

Our config is thus:

monitor session 1

source interface eth1/23 bothdestination interface eth 1/48

no shut

int eth1/48

switchport

switchport monitor

not shut

 

Can anyone help troubleshoot this for me?
