Nexus 9300 cannot login through radius

Hi guys,

    Recently I try to set nexus 9300 login through radius server,radius server is NPS,I installed duo mfa proxy on it.After seted up, I found can't login through radius,the error message is "AAA Server is unreachable"

but I had already received notice on my phone(MFA device) and I checked on log, it return success code

how can I fix this problem?

the n9k switch version is 9.3.3

my configuration is :

ping radius server using source interface vlan31 
check if there is reachability between server and vlan31

Thanks for your reply!

I already tested it, it can reachable, and I think it's not problem of network connection, because NPS has log indicate I already passed the authenticate.

are you use 
ping <server IP >
or 
ping <server IP > source <SVI VLAN31> 
? which one you use?
