Nexus 9k is not accepting Fex feature ?

Hello,

          Trying to install fex feature on the nexus 9k, but unknow error is being generated.

 

(config)# install feature-set FEX
unknown feature(0x40aa0002)

 

Any idea would be appreciated.

Resolved by myself. IOS upgraded and feature accepted
