Nexus N3K-C3524P-10GX won't boot after power outage.

Our Nexus won't boot after a power outage.  Could not console in (no response) so I rebooted while connected and got what's appearing in this screenshot:

nexus_boot.PNG

Every support doc I've found involves having some level of console control, whether it be to gather logs or try to reflash.  Any thoughts on the issue?  Any thoughts on a resolution?

Thank you!

Check if the console cable is loose and/or console settings are correct, otherwise i would  probably reflash it.

That kind of output from the console usually indicates a mismatch in speed of your console connection and the console port. I suggest that first you check the settings of your computer and its connection to the console. It that seems correct I would suggest that you test using console speeds from as slow as 2400 to as fast as 115200
