Nexux 3k VPC Spanning tree issue

I think I have spanning-tree issues with the Nexus 3k Switches using VPC.

The problem we are having is when one of the four switches is rebooted (see diagram), all connections to the other switches go down. 

Any help would be appreciated.

is this still an issue ? Keep in mind that even in a VPC deployment, each individual switch keeps its role as root or secondary root. Are you running MVST or RapidPVST(+) ?
