Anybody know if its a hardware or software issue.

I also hit same problem after updating to 5.0(2)N2(1) version in Cisco Nexus 5020.

Anybody knows why??

Tried connecting to console we are not seeing any output.

Sould like the BIOS got corrupted. I will suggest you to open a TAC case to further troubleshoot.

HTH,

jerry

Are you able to telnet or ssh to it?
Did you try to use any other consile cable?

If you are not able to ssh adn telnet and not able to console it looks like a hardware failure.

You can also try to reboot it by taking off powercable and plugin it back.
