No Console/VTY access on 3750-E

Hello all.

I have a switch I can't manage.  I don't have vty access, no console access, no access at all.  I attempted the break sequence to get to the boot loader, but even that doesn't show up.  I tried all baud rates, to no avail.  Absolutely nothing is displayed on my screen.  I have verified my setup with another switch of the same model/same IOS/same config loaded on it.  Is there a super secret back door I just don't know about or is this thing toast?

Summary:

No VTY access

No Console access (all baud rates attempted)

No Boot Loader access (all baud rates attempted)

No issues logging into any other device using same equipment

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

The last thing to do is to try the password recovery.  If that does not work, than open a ticket with TAC and RMA it.

Thanks Reza.  That is what I thought.  Even with the password recovery procedures, I couldn't get to the boot loader (switch: prompt).  RMA it is.
