Hello,
I've been running into issues getting a single VLAN setup for guest wifi.
My hardware:
Meraki MX64
Cisco WAP561
Cisco SG300-28P (in L2 mode)
also have SG500
WORKING SETUP (basically the WAP561 plugged directly into back of Meraki MX64 into a trunk port):
Meraki MX64 config: see "meraki routing" image
WAP561 config: see "WAP561 networks" image

DESIRED SETUP:
Meraki MX64
Cisco SG300-28P
WAP561
When I introduce the switch, and plug the WAP561 into port 4, I am not able to get a DHCP address. I plugged my laptop directly into Port 4 and I do get an IP address (on the native VLAN 192.168.21.x). Below are the VLAN settings on my SG300-28P. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Well, I am both embarrassed and ecstatic. That was it. Just had to configure the uplink port on the SG300-28P! image below..... :)

OMG. I'll be right back. I just realized I never made any VLAN changes on the uplink port on the switch. Doh. I hope that is it. I'm a newbie.... can you tell?
