no internet connection

I have a problem, I can't get an internet connection on my switch 3560G

hello @TimMees60387  well there are a lot of stuff that could be happening, if u can add some show commands will help a lot, bUT SITLL I WILL SHOW U SOME COMMON ISSUES WITH UR SITUATION..

Make sure you’ve set the basics:

• Add a default route: ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 [next-hop IP]
• Check if the VLAN interface has an IP and is up with sh ip int brief
• Set DNS servers with ip name-server [DNS IP]
• Try pinging an external IP like ping 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 to test connectivity

hello @TimMees60387 thanks for the info. So, Ur switch has an IP on Vlan1 (11.11.11.10) but no default route and likely no NAT from ur router to allow internet access. Try to add this: ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 ur-router-IP. Also, make sure ur router/firewall is doing NAT for the11.11.11.0/24 subnet. let me know how it goes........

Sure, you can place different interfaces on different VLANs, but to provide them Internet access, NOT just with the equipment you've described (for the reasons, I've described in your other related posting [I just noticed this posting]).
