no out-of-service command does not work

Good day to all,

I've got a Nexus 5596, whose ports 1/33-48 are configured as FC ports.

I put a couple of ports in out-of-service, and now I want to bring them back up.

Unfortunately the no out-of-service command does not work.

It takes more than 20-30 seconds to be executed, and after execution it shows:

Please check if command was successful using appropriate show commands

Any idea?

# int fc1/5
(config-if)# no out-of-service force

It can be... this Nexus has got version 5.2(1)N1(9), and this is what I see in accounting log:

Mon Nov 16 12:44:16 2015:type=update:id=10.xxx.xxx.xx@pts/0:user=xxxxxx:cmd=configure terminal ; interface fc1/46 ; no out-of-service force (FAILURE)
