Non Q-in-Q tagging on a Q-inQ tagged interface

Is there a way to cherry pick a dot1q tagged packet to not have the q-in-q tag added to it while q-in-q tagging all other dot1q packets coming in on an interface?

This is on a Cisco 3750 configured for q-in-q with the 'switchport mode dot1q-tunnel' command.

Hello Todd,

I don't think you can for the nature of dot1q tunnel.

You cannot define a set of vlans to be tunneled or not on the port.

You will need a separate physical interface not configured for tunneling to support this specific request.

Hope to help

Giuseppe
