Not able to reboot : c3750-i9-mz.121.11-AX/c3750-i9-mz.121.11-AX.bin

I need to reboot cisco switch 3750 but encounter below issue. It seems the seems switch hast lost its image. May I know we can download the image again and upload it into the switch? Is the image still available in Cisco Support?

Try below :

dir flash:

if you see the .bin image then try boot from flash:

boot flash:/c3750-i9-mz.121.11-AX.bin

if no image available you need to download from CCO
