I've noticed that there are different software versions on your AP (8.0.115.0) and WLC (7.6.130.0). So there may be incompability between them and I suggest you to upgrade your WLC code or downgrade your AP code. Here is compability matrix - http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/compatibility/matrix/compatibility-matrix.html

Also there maybe some firewall between your WLC and AP. Or some MTU mismatch...

Have you tried to connect AP directly to WLC port?

Here is great troublethooting guide - http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/5500-series-wireless-controllers/119286-lap-notjoin-wlc-tshoot.html
