Not Detecting HWIC-2T in cisco 1921 router

I Have installed HWIC-2T card in my cisco 1921 router but it is not able to detected in router. please find the ver of router

I havign the same problem, I reinserted it so many time ,even i restarted the router after each time i inserted. Moreover when i tried that HWIC-2T card in my spare router 1821 its detecting.

   what IOS have you suggested  that is minimum version & currently i am using c1900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M4.bin that is higher version it should be supported for HWIC-2T.

If its not the problem of IOS version and then may be its a bug.

So you have to open a TAC case with cisco and try to resolve your problem.

I also have gone through the same issue and I had no other chance and I replaced 1921 with 1841.

remedy:

EHWIC will work in 1921, you can use the converters like MROTEK PINE E1 to convert the input to ethernet output and can use it in 1921.
