NSF Cisco or NSF IETF

Could please someone provide some information about the main differences between NSF cisco and NSF ietf?

  cisco  Cisco Non-stop forwarding

  ietf   IETF graceful restart

Cisco NSF - Supported in multiple routing protocols like EIGRP, BGP , OSPF

EITF NSF - Only supported for OSPF.
