I have done a terrible mistake.
I am nedding to execute a factory reset on Nexus7000 version 5.1(1)

Hi Rosa,
You can erase the configuration on your device to return to the factory defaults.
Example:
switch# write erase
Warning: This command will erase the startup-configuration.
Do you wish to proceed anyway? (y/n) [n] y

That was what I did.
After this I went to:
switch(boot)# dir bootflash:
