We've bought a new Nexus 3524 switch and wanna to upgrade the latest firmware.
But, we can't download software from Cisco.com via our CCO ID.
Would someone please tell me how to solve these problems.
- How to register this new product to associate with our CCO ID ?
- If this new product can be registered by our CCO ID, whether we can download the latest firmware or not ?
