Only one vlan having issue in C6509

Hi Experts,

We are having issue with our Core Switch C6509.

1. The Core Switch unable to ping any hosts in Vlan 11.

2. Hosts in Vlan 11 unable to ping gateway and any Core Switch interfaces vlan IP.

3. Host in Vlan 11 able to ping hosts in Vlan 11 and other Vlans and vice versa.

4. Core Switch able to ping hosts in other Vlans and vice versa except Vlan 11.

Cisco IOS: Version 12.2(33)SXI1

To solve the issue, we did reset (shut, no shut) the Vlan 11 interface.

Anyone experienced this issue before? The issue is only with Vlan 11. I need to update management and complete the RCA report. Please help. Thank you.

How was the VLAN interface created? Did someone create the VLAN interface first followed by the VLAN database or the VLAN database was created first and then the VLAN interface?
